Booking terms
Your booking
Your booking is with Altr (formerly EmpowerMe), Jade's coaching business. Prices are per person, in pounds.
Your place is confirmed when your payment has been received. Paying by card, that happens straight away. Paying by bank transfer, we hold your place for 5 days while your payment arrives and confirm it once it has; if nothing arrives in that time, the place is released.
Paying
You can pay in full, by card or UK bank transfer, or in 4 equal instalments by card: the first on the day you book, then one every 4 weeks, taken automatically from the same card.
The early bird price is 10% off the full price. It applies to bookings paid in full by 30th November, and to bookings made with a deposit by then. It does not apply to instalments.
Until 30th November you can also book with a deposit by card: 25% of the room's full price on the day you book. The rest of the early-bird price is taken automatically from the same card on 30th November.
If an instalment or the 30th November payment fails, we'll contact you and you'll have 5 working days to make the payment. If it is still unpaid after that, your place may be released.
Card payments are taken securely by Stripe and appear on your statement as EMPOWERME. We never see your card details.
If you can't come
Payments are non-refundable, because we commit to the accommodation on your behalf. If you can't come, tell us as soon as you can. You can transfer your place to someone else, with our agreement. Once they have paid, we'll refund what you've paid.
If you are paying in instalments or have paid a deposit, the rest is still due unless your place has been transferred.
What's included
What's included is listed on the rooms page. Flights, travel insurance, extra drinks and optional extras are not included.
Travel and insurance
You are responsible for your own flights, passport and any visa. Travel insurance that covers cancellation and medical care is a condition of booking: please arrange it when you book.
Your health
Training is coached and adapted to you, and everything is optional. Before we travel we'll ask for the details we need to look after you well, and for a signed waiver. If you are pregnant, injured or have a health condition, tell us when you book.
Changes
The exact itinerary may change with the weather, the group or our hosts. If we have to cancel the retreat, you will be refunded everything you have paid us.
Your details
We use the details you give us only to run your booking and the retreat, and share them only with More Life Adventures, our hosts in Crete, where they need them.
